12. Monitoring and Reflection

The NGO coordinators held regular reflection meetings with PNGO members to assess the changes and address issues that arose. Review of the baseline organizational assessment helped build understanding of the changes made. Progress was charted against the GRO indicators and the Gender Integrated Capacity Building Plan.

The CNGO project manager also met the PNGOs and other district stakeholders to affirm progress and make program plans and adjustments as needed. The Project Advisory Committee members⁸ visited the districts to provide advice and assess progress. The project monitor also visited the districts to assess progress.
