17. Sustainability through Replication

CNGO assisted its west cluster implementation staff to form an NGO to deliver the capacity building model in one more district. This approach enhanced the capacity of a central level NGO to be able to replicate the model and sustain the CNGO capacity building approach through this NGO after the project is completed. Samuhik Bikas Abhiyan Nepal – SBAN – planned and implemented the CNGO model in Kaski district with six NGOs. Now they are equipped to provide capacity building for gender transformation.
